Excellent Property, Comfortable Living|Recommended: YesI have lived at Proxy 333, for about two months now. My experience has been absolutely amazing The staff is always very professional, and friendly. They answer any and all questions I may have. The lobby is a very inviting open area, with seating and coffee available at all times. As far as noise levels go, I have not had any problems with hearing neighbors from within the apartment, unless they may happen to pass through the halls. The walls are pretty sound proof, I never hear any footsteps, music, or TV's going, which was a surprise to me. I enjoy the camaraderie this building has, we have a great group of residents that live here. In the short period of time that I have been here, I have met many wonderful people and share great friendships with them. Street parking is always available, you just have to be keen on street signs. I have received parking citations for not being careful, but there are relatively close parking spaces to the building available if you are not willing to pay the garage parking fee. The upkeep of the building itself is always excellent. It is always tidy and comfortable, even the scent of the building is comforting. It definitely accentuates that high end, luxurious feel. The amenities are great, i love the state of the art gym equipment, the patio pool area, doggie park, and the roof top deck there is so much to enjoy. I enjoy the location of Proxy 333, everything from great restaurants, bars, shopping, baseball games, and ASU are all within walking distance. I highly recommend Proxy 333, it is a great place to call home.
The apartment complex is above average.|Recommended: YesVery peaceful
Great Apartment, wrong location|Recommended: YesTitle says it all. The only problem is that it is not close enough to school for my needs. Sad to have to leave.
Seriously... move here |Recommended: YesHonestly this is such a great little building--I wish I didn't have to move out of Phoenix I travel for my job so it's not exactly easy finding a 6-month lease that's pet-friendly, clean, has all the amenities I look for, and isn't out in the boonies. You're in walking distance to Roosevelt Row, cool restaurants and bars, and First Friday' even made me feel like I was back in Austin for a night. I had a balcony overlooking the mountains and still got the best of the city. Really, I couldn't have stumbled into a better setup. Joyce is fantastic and welcoming, Brittany at concierge is responsive to all requests, maintenance is quick, and all employees residents are very friendly. Unfortunately, I had to break the lease early due to a contract elsewhere and although that doesn't come cheap, they were helpful in getting me out before the end of the month. I was able to use my credit card to pay rent, get ledgers for company expense reports, and even after I left the building, they were in contact with me to help let in a cleaning service and confirm I had met all move-out procedures.

Great Place to Live|Recommended: YesThis place is very safe and that is mainly what I look for since I live alone. I have not had one issue and I have been living here for about 9 months. Great location, great amenities. The one thing I would say is that if you are sensitive to noise like me the upstairs neighbor might be kind of hard to get used to at first. But they could just be loud people and it's really not a big deal.
Expensive Daycare|Recommended: NoBeen living here for 4 months. It feels like I am paying living in a very expensive daycare with all the rules and regulations here. Getting fined based on here say with no actual evidence. With a lot of street noise vehicles and pedestrians coming into the unit. You can hear your upstairs neighbors every foot-step, conversations, and activities.
Hello Eric, We value hearing your feedback and my apologies for any frustration or inconvenience you have experienced. Unfortunately we do have a rule at the community that reference the building as non smoking. I am also sorry that you are able to hear some noise from your neighbors. Community living may not provide perfect silence however, Proxy333 was built with the extra expense of the underlayment installed under our beautiful grey vinyl plank flooring to help mitigate any sound that can be heard when you do not have carpet in the apartment home. And we do try to work to curb any excessive noise with our quiet hours at the community. Thank you for taking the time to post and we wish you all the best. Kind regards, Kristie - Weidner Customer Service
I warmed up to those apartments |Recommended: YesWhen my job moved to Phoenix, and I was shopping for apartments back in August, I looked at several apartments. Proxy 333 was the only warn that my heart warmed up to. I have been living at proxy for a month now, and I like it even better. The staff is very professional especially Joyce, and the whole building is quiet and the residents mind their own business. The size of the apartment building is perfect also. You don't feel that you are living in those monstrous complexes.
